Honest Selling University

The Honest Selling University is a reinforcement training process that involves ongoing classroom instruction; one-on-one coaching and mentoring; group practice and role-play; and real-world implementation, debriefs and feedback.

We have entire courses on all the major pieces of customer production -- prospecting, personal marketing and selling.

  • Honest Sales Conversations -- a systematized approach to having honest, collaborative sales conversations with every honest prospect you meet.   • Honest Selling Masters Club -- built specifically for full-time salespeople who regularly engage in prospecting and marketing, and also meet with prospects to close sales. We believe most prospects are honest, fair people trying to make smart choices. As a result, we view sales as a collaboration, not a war, and we leverage that collaboration so that most sales appointments produce one of two positive outcomes:

  • A strong relationship with an honest decision-maker who buys what is being sold, and who provides referrals whenever asked
  • A strong relationship with an honest decision-maker who does not buy, but who provides referrals as well

With a focus on building the kind of relationships that will increase the effectiveness of the entire sales system, the following will occur:

Gill has an honest, direct approach that gave an outside clarity that allowed me to work through and solve my problems.

As to the honest part of Honest Selling -- Gill and his wife attended a charity event my company hosted to raise money for Give Kids The World. The evening involved a silent auction, where Gill's wife was the winning bidder on a nice roll-aboard suitcase from Flight Safety. While preparing to use the suitcase a week later, Gill's wife found a gift certificate for an hour in one of Flight Safety's flight simulators valued at $1,100 that we had overlooked. Gill not only contacted us about our oversight, but he orchestrated an auction of the certificate and ultimately ended up donating an additional $700 to Give Kids The World.
